1. Orders & Payment
• All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. No order is confirmed until the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 1 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. If the final payment is not received on time, your order may be canceled without a refund.
• We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods: Venmo, PayPal, Cash, etc.]
2. Cancellations & Refunds
• The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If you cancel more than 4 days before your order date, you may receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
• Cancellations within 3 days of the pickup/delivery date are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, equipment failure). If we must cancel, a full refund will be issued.
3. Order Changes & Customizations
• Any changes to your order (flavors, design, quantity, etc.) must be requested at least [X days] in advance. Changes are subject to approval and may result in additional charges.
• We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments based on available materials and artistic interpretation.
4. Pickup & Delivery
• Pickup: Customers must arrive on time for their scheduled pickup at location provided. Orders not picked up within 2 Days will not be refunded.
• Delivery: Available within 40 miles a fee of $10 per 5 mile.
• Once an order is picked up or delivered, the Bakery is not responsible for damages due to mishandling, improper transport, or storage by the customer.
5. Storage & Consumption
• Our baked goods are best enjoyed within 3-5 days and should be stored properly. We will provide storage instructions upon pickup/delivery.
• We are not responsible for the quality of products that are not stored as recommended.
6. Allergy Disclaimer
• Our products are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, etc.).
• We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product, even if requested. Customers assume all risks related to food allergies.
7. Liability & Disputes
• The Bakery is not responsible for allergic reactions, accidents, or damages once the order has been received.
• In the event of a dispute, our maximum liability is limited to the total cost of the order.
• By purchasing from us, you agree to resolve any disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
8. Photography & Marketing
• We reserve the right to take photos of all products for marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer your custom order not to be shared, please notify us in advance.
• If you share photos of our products on social media, we appreciate being tagged @Flavoredwishes.
9. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
